All donations are non-refundable, so we encourage donors to check the donation details before authorizing it. For enquiry or issues on the donation made, we require a written request to be made via email to us within seven (7) days after the donation date.
If you wish to cancel your monthly pledge donation to Grace Home Klang, you may do so by emailing us at least 30 days in advance before your next monthly pledge donation is due to be processed. Your request for cancellation will become effective the following month.
